  • When and where will Fare Forward take place?

    Fare Forward will take place at Wollman Rink in Central Park, April 30 & May 1, 2022 from 2 p.m. - 10 p.m.

  • What kind of music should I expect?

    Fare Forward will deliver an invigorating mix of electronically led artists spanning genres and eras.

  • What types of food options will be available?

    The Vendor Village will house first-class food highlighting a variety of cuisines and cooking styles using fresh, local, and organic ingredients across a range of price points. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available.

  • How do I purchase tickets?

    Tickets can be purchased here. There is also a WRAP program in place with Wollman Rink and it is now live at the box office: Process to purchase is - Visit the Box Office at Wollman Rink in person - Present either an NYC ID (not a drivers license) or a New York public library card - Confirm which day you wish to attend - Scan QR code associated with that day - QR code will take them to the DICE app for purchase.

  • Can I purchase a single day pass?

    Yes, we are on sale with weekend and single day tickets.

  • Are there age restrictions?

    This is an all ages event.

  • What Covid-19 safety measures will you have in place?

    We ask for people to be responsible and considerate and that if people are feeling unwell that they refrain from attending. More to come as rules and regulations are changing frequently.

  • Are refunds available if the event doesn't take place?

    This is a rain or shine event. More information regarding refunds can be found on the Dice platform.

  • How do I find out about accessibility accommodations?

    We are happy to welcome and assist all customers at Wollman Rink NYC. Please see a guest services represent on site for further assistance.

  • Is there anything I shouldn’t bring to Fare Forward?

    The following items and actions are prohibited from the park: alcohol, audio recording devices, backpacks, bicycles or scooters, blankets, CamelBak backpacks, chains or chain wallets, cameras larger than point-and-shoot (if you can remove the lens, don’t bring it), chairs, coolers, drones, fireworks, flags, Frisbees, glass or metal containers (including reusable water bottles such as Swells), illegal drugs or paraphernalia, laser pens or similar focused light, lighters, musical instruments, pets or animals, selfie sticks, skateboards, vapes, cigarettes, smoking devices, sports balls, tents, tripods, umbrellas, unlicensed vending of any kind, weapons, video recording equipment, water squirt guns.

  • What can I bring into Fare Forward?

    Cell phones, digital and film cameras (non-pro), disposable cameras, ear plugs, empty reusable plastic water bottles, fanny packs, small beach towels, strollers (with toddler/infant), sun block, sunglasses, walkie talkie, bags that are 12” x 6” x 12” and smaller, single-pocket drawstring bags, and towels smaller than 30''x70'' are allowed.
